As part of our strategic planning for 2010, and especially 2011, a strong participation of Enterprise Analyst in important conferences, congresses and public events in whole world is to be expected.
We believe that our tool, supported by our methodology (Domain/Frontier Architecture) are stable enough to push our presence in the world's software engineering community to a new level.
The last week, both our tool and methodology were presented in tutorial organized by a SPIN-Chile (Software Process Improvement Network, Chile). The event tool place in the well-known university "Universidad Mayor" in the capital of Chile.
In time of finishing our new build (1.04), we are waiting for the results of our application for a prestigious software conference on software architecture in India.
- 26/05/2010. Hacker attack on EAn WEB site
We are very sorry to inform all our customers and friends that our site has suffered a hacker attack on 19th of May staying several days infected and partially inaccessible to the users with certain browsers.
Our technical team has detected the problem and cured our site's content. Please note that the virus infected only some of "textual" files on our server, not causing any damage of any kind on Enterprise Analyst setup files, videos, PDFs, etc.
We would like to sincerely apologize to all our site's visitors for this situation, hoping that it was the first and the last time it happened.

- 08/05/2009. EAn 2.0 Project kick-off!
After achieving a sponsorship from the Chilean government, we are ready to begin with the official project EAn 2.0.
During the next 8 months a set of new features will be gradually implemented and successively released through several builds:
- The OCL support
- State diagram support
- Operations' implementation
- Use case support
- User Interface generation
This way EAn will get a large step closer to analysts and even system users.

- 17/12/2008. EAn build 0.99 released
Enterprise Analyst can now perform detailed model structure analysis! More details as always in our forum.
- 02/10/2008. New versions of EAn
After some months of research & development, we are close to release the build 0.99 of EAn with the full support for static model analysis. This version will include the dependency structure matrix and a set of the most relevant architecture metrics.
This build is planned for late October.
Additionally, let us inform that the EAn 2.0 (the next major build) will possibly be financed by the famous Chilean institution CORFO! This will drastically speed-up the future development.

Now all the registered users can renew their licenses on-line. The mechanism es well-known secure Internet purchase via our provider ShareIt. More details at our forum.

New EA 7 visual style has been incorporated in this build, as well as a brand new in-line compilation feature! This will surely save a lot of your time. Check this out in our forum page .
- 14/07/2007. Sequence diagrams in just released EAn build 0.96!

- 27/04/2007. Enterprise Analyst at SPIN-Chile
The chief consultant of Craftware, Mr. A. Orlic will speak the 16th of May on the event organized by the SPIN Chile (Software Process Improvemenet Network). The topic is future of the software development, MDA, Executable UML, Domain Driven Design. More details on the following page.
- 23/01/2007. Enterprise Analyst promotion efforts in Chile
Craftware is organizing promotional activities related to Enterprise Analyst first comercial version, to be released soon. An open presentation about Executable UML, MDA and EAn was held 17/01/2007 in Santiago Chile (summary in spanish).
Currently, we are organizing the First EAn Workshop (invitation in spanish).
If needed, this kind of events can be done in english.
- 11/01/2007. Enterprise Analyst 1.0 Beta, build 0.92 released
Another build of EAn BETA version is released. The same functionality now offered with a stronger integration with the host EA. More details about this build in our forum.

The first Enterprise Analyst beta version has been released.
EAn was built under the MDA and Executable UML filosophy, and is as an add-in of the Enterprise Architect UML tool.
This version of EAn is free.
